Great for retirees

I don't have a car since I retired and don't need one because nearly everything I need is within walking distance - Walmart, Aldi, Meijer, Whole Foods, Lowes, Ross,Target, Macy's, Walgreens, chiropractor, dentist, restaurants, post office. For longer errands I use Uber and the bus stop is at the entrance to MAA Mansion ($1 to downtown). Staff is very responsive, quickly makes repairs. Complex is quiet (few kids, never hear dogs). My only complaint is road noise, unavoidable in a city. Get an… apartment toward the back of the complex where trees and buildings somewhat buffer the noise. USPS mail is delivered to locked mailbox at front of complex. Deliveries from Walmart, UPS, FedEx are left at your door.

Very friendly management

The viewing process was very easy and timely. The staff in the office were very friendly and made the signing process a breeze. During the final inspection walk through they were very caring and made sure to note any concerns I had and reassure them. Very professional

Rude Management and Low Quality Apartments

Do not live here. The management is super rude. There is always some “maintenance “ that needs entry into your apartment and I have to take time off for that because there’s no set time. The apartment is on Nicholasville Road so it’s busy. The apartments leak, have bugs, and just poor quality for the price they charge. Take my advice, this is not a good place to rent.

I have had... (Verified Renter)

I have had a wonderful experience at the mansion. The maintenance team does a wonderful job of making sure everything is fixed quickly, the landscaping team makes sure everything looks good, and the staff at the front office is able to handle any question I have.
