Management needs to go better

They let the maintenance men open your door or walk in regardless of if you’re there or not. I’ve had them follow me around the complex before in their work vehicle. They also let maintenance request sit there until they can do an inspection to charge you for the fix. It’s not insulated well so your power bill and noise level will be higher than what they tell you. The woman at the front office does not care, she will tell you anything to get more occupancy and money.

Quiet and Affordable

I’ve lived here for one year and I love it. The property manager is very responsive to messages and easy to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The apartment is spacious and great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend this complex to a friend.

Comfortable and Affordable

Mount Tabor Apartments are run by very nice, helpful people in our experience at a good price. The location is within 10-15 minutes of most places one would need to go, including UK. We very much enjoyed our time here and would recommend this location.

Enjoyed living here.

I was a long-time resident of Mt. Tabor Apts. (until a few years ago), and I enjoyed living in this complex. The grounds were always well-maintained, and the community was pretty quiet and calm for the most part. It has a 'good' feel. Whenever I had a problem with the apartment, it was addressed promptly. The manager was wonderful, one of the best I've ever dealt with. She was always professional, courteous, and took pride in her job and the apartment complex. The location was ideal too, close… to New Circle, UK, Hamburg, Fayette Mall, and not too far from downtown. I enjoyed my place at Mt. Tabor. It was a great choice for me.

loud parties

I'm a three year resident. In the last six month's there has been one LOUD party after amother, fights outside weekly. The management will do NOTHING.
it's a residential apt turned ANIMAL HOUSE.

Each and every complaint we have received, whether by phone or email, has been addressed; we have copies of this correspondence. As for parties and fights, we have no knowledge. The only complaints we had received were for noise and parking issues,… which again, we addressed.
All potential residents are screened thoroughly. Of course, we don't want this kind of activity in the neighborhood and would not tolerate it. What is stated above, has never been communicated by other residents or to our office or maintenance crew.
We're very sorry that your stay with us has ended this way and wish you the best in the future.
