Old, dirty, lots of dog poop, lots of crime.

Old.
Dirty.
Lots of dog poop everywhere.
People break in to yours cars all of the time.
Packages get stolen from your porch.

Not as expected

This complex is charging way too much for the condition it is in. Sure everything in the kitchen is new except for the dish washer, which is awful, but the washer and dryer unit is terrible. And this is not what I would consider a 2 bedroom apartment. The master is huge but the second bedroom is so tiny, you can’t fit a full bed and a dresser.

Peaceful, cozy and unique..

Most people only leave bad reviews. I wanted to give it a 5 star for the new property team. There has been big changes here and it's for the better. Jon and Dean, great techs and they get things done. Keep it up! We see you! I like that we have a pond with fish and ducks. We also have a pool, and a gym. This property is decently priced for what you get. I'm over all happy with my place and will continue to stay until I buy a house or move up with my job. I do suggest you give this place a… try. :)

Don’t live here

Our AC was out for over a month and they never came to fix it. Our fridge stopped working and their only maintenance guy came to look at it but never came back to fix it. Overall horrible experience for the 5 months we lived there, terminating our lease was the best decision we made.

Manager is completely incompetent

A/C has been out for a month called multiple times and every time the manager acted like she had no clue. Has been 80+ since with windows open.
