We moved in two weeks ago to find none of our appliances worked and the walls were filthy. We have been trying every single day to get the Maintenance Man to come and fix everything and they have yet to do so. When we rented the apartment, we were told that it was remodeled with new appliances and we were lied to. Our washer doesn’t work and the garbage disposal doesn’t work. Ceiling fan is broken. The bake option on the oven doesn’t work. The tubs need to be replaced because they are nasty. We... can’t afford to move out at this time so my last resort is called code enforcement on Monday.

DO NOT RENT
When we first moved in on 3/8/24 they gave us keys to an untouched apartment which was filthy. They then moved us into a different apartment which was a safety hazard for my family. The ceiling fan was very unstable in the dinning room and the light on it didn’t work. The ceiling fan could have fallen at any moment and we have a daughter who could’ve been seriously injured if it had fallen. The shower in the guest bathroom didn’t work unless u wanted to take a scolding hot shower. The tubs and... toilets stayed so clogged up that we eventually had to call a plumber to come out and fix it. They then evicted us because my mother passed away in our home. The management is new every time you call or go up to the office and they do not care about their tenants. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
