Absolutely love living at Regency Apartments. The place is always clean, well kept, and feels safe. The staff is friendly and actually cares, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance is quick and reliable too. Overall just a really easy, stress free place to live.

Solid Apartment - Great Area
This is a great apartment complex. Lived here three years, no issues during that time. It's quite even with the train tracks nearby, really is a hidden gem. You're close to a number of grocery stores and restaurants. Near the three main hospitals in town and ease access to all the main thoroughfares in town.
Utilities run pretty cheap with a decent amount of natural light if that's your vibe.
The property manager responds quickly if you have any questions or maintenance request.

A great place to live!
The apartments and the landscaping are well taken care of, very clean, and great location!
Management is very responsive to any needs and goes above and beyond to make sure that we as tenants are well taken care of. Best management for a place that I have ever lived.

Always clean and looking good
I have lived here for years and my apartment is constantly well maintained, as well as the grounds. I have had zero issues in over 5 years of being a resident. Mark is a great manager!

Good Place to live, active and safe!
Good Place where you can enjoy the vibrancy of commercial area and comfort of residential area. It's a gated residential and pet free apartment, safe and peaceful. and It is near the University of Kentucky. You can go to UK by free bus and few walks in good weather. The apartment manager in here is really great person. Every requests of my house demand was treated very successfully. I'm very satisfied to live in this apartment.
