Great place to livea

You want a clean pet friendly community..this is your place. The staff is warm and welcoming Aiden that was our leasing agent was very very warm welcoming and friendly answered every and all questions that my wife and I had from start to finish..from the clean community the other additions to living here come with a pool and a weight room to work out. It's all the things you could ask for from a great community.

Come for the location; stay for the people

A quiet and well maintained complex close to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Great staff and well maintained property.

Horrible Experience

Horrible rental experience. The bathroom was so poorly designed that an entire row of drawers couldn’t be opened because a wall was directly in front of them. I also had wasps get inside on six separate occasions, which was extremely unsafe for myself and my cat. The unit was not move-in ready (dirty windows, cracked fixtures, missing screen, even a BB bullet in one window) and it constantly smelled like cigarettes. Noise from neighbors and street racing cars was unbearable, and management often… ignored maintenance requests. For the price, the quality and safety issues here are unacceptable.

Raining in Apartment since moving in

I moved into Steeplechase on April 17th. Ever since we had the first hard rain, it has been raining through a window inside my apartment, flooding it constantly. Mold is growing on the walls and on the inside. Management has done absolutely nothing to fix the issues and keep closing out my maintenance requests, saying it’s been resolved. Fire waiting to happen as an electrical outlet is constantly getting poured on. Their 48 hour maintenance guarantee is an absolute joke. Your supposed to… be entitled to a months free rent if they fail to complete the request. They aren’t offering to give me any money back for an inhabitable apartment. A separate issue they are aware from mulching too high has water seeping in another spot in my living room as well. Do not move here!
