The building refreshing is looking great. A lot of hard work is being done to make the community pretty.
My biggest concern is security. There is a lot of late night odd activity in the area. I would love to see more of a security presence around.

Good apartment - too expensive for an older complex. Updates to exterior are slowly happening each year. No inside updates which are desperately needed.

Most things are good and as expected. My key fob still doesn’t work on some of the areas despite several attempts at getting it corrected. Occasionally there are unclean bathrooms or areas in the community center, but overall it’s an ok to place to live.

My experience living here has been pretty good. The neighborhood is quite and I enjoy being close to grocery stores and eateries. It isn't perfect, but no place is. For the price, you really can't beat The Racquet Club.
