VELO has been super responsive and accomodating for my short-term rental. I was able to get a room in a time frame of about 3 days, and the logistics were all sorted out on their end. Super grateful for that! The maintenence is super quick, responsive, and friendly, and management was also responsive and communicative. I had no problems with the unit, except for the fact that the rooms are not very soundproof. It is very easy to hear from the hallway and vice versa. This didn't bother me much,... as most residents were quiet during the appropriate times. Overall pleased with management and the unit
