Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences.
