No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a noise policy requiring guests to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance and police involvement for violations.
