This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds.
