Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats, or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping, and street food. The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. All partner properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee is charged based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
