Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food. The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!
This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
