Avoca

We moved to Avoca from Florida and moved into our apartment without ever visiting first. we were pleasantly surprised by the openness of the apartment as well as how bright it is. the only downside is the size of the pool and the gym, and they’re building more units so about 400 apartments will share a pool that could fit maybe 8 people comfortably and a gym with 2 treadmills. but beyond that staff is very accommodating and they throw resident events often! we’re going back to Florida when our… lease is up but it’s been a great experience here. and the neighborhood is super nice and convenient!

The transition process during the move from one state to another was made much easier by the help of the Avoca team. Each employee has the necessary knowledge of each process, they are friendly, kind, responsible and respectful. The apartments and recreational areas are very clean and organized. Definitely my experience has been excellent and I recommend them without a doubt.

El proceso de transición durante la mudanza de un estado a otro fue mucho mas fácil por la ayuda… del equipo de trabajo de Avoca. Cada empleado tiene el conocimiento necesario de cada proceso, son amables, responsables y respetuosos. Los apartamentos y las áreas recreativas son muy limpias y organizadas. Definitivamente mi experiencia ha sido excelente y los recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

My family and I have lived here for the last year and half and its been pretty good. The mainteance folks get to the work orders in a timely manner and the staff has been friendly. I do wish they could have more police presence there have been some car break ins recently.
I would give it 4 stars.
