After staying here for a year or so it’s a okay apartment, I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment

Pros: quiet neighbors in my experience, close by a police department , felt pretty safe , play ground for kids , maintenance up kept (sprayed for bugs ) , fairly dog friendly, water included in rent

Im moving from Texas and inquired about leasing a 2 bedroom. They worked though all the 2 bedroom options they had but the timing didnt match up. Wanted to give them a good review to say thanks for trying to work with me and being so responsive!

If this is where you’re looking for a first time apartment, don’t. Wasn’t informed you’d be denied if have 0 rental history before paying these people my application fee.

I moved into a renovated 1 bedroom early in 2020, just a month or two after the pandemic hit, and moved out-of-state in August 2023. I loved living here, and discovered it through Apartments.com.

Apartments are in close proximity to a large number of restaurants and stores. As a woman I never had any issues with crime or feeling unsafe. The complex itself is quiet and beautiful.

Maintenance always arrived on time, and routine pest inspection (NEVER had any bug problems!) occurs monthly. Even… the most minor maintenance was taken seriously and fixed quickly. Maintenance requests and bills are easy to handle through the portal.

The office staff were always helpful, especially Michelle. They always answered the phone/emails in a professional and respectful manner. Even after I moved out, upon realizing I left behind a sentimental item, Michelle went above and beyond to collect it and mail it to me at my new address! Notice of our security deposit was mailed within 2 weeks, and was completely fair with no surprise charges.

I wish the laundry system was a bit better, as there is usually 1-3 machines out of order, but I never had any trouble in the end. My only regret with this apartment is that we didn't upgrade to a 2 bedroom! This was a great place to live overall, and I would recommend it to anyone. Read More
