Brandeis Apartments

The apartment is really big and nice. You can take the stairs or the elevator to get to your apartment. Inside every apartment is a buzzer to let people in the downstairs door, on the buzzer you have a talk and listen button so you always know who you letting in. The parking lot is wonderful, it big with enough room for everyone. the only down fall about this apartment is that the maintenance staff are really lazy undependable never get the job done. Walk in unexpected with out giving a 24... hr notice and the walls is really hollow so you can hear everything from the next apartment.Everyone here smoke even though this suppose to be a no smoke zone apartment. But beside all that I give this apartment a 3 start considering its a base on your income apartment so you get what you pay for! Read More

The maintenance crew is always helpful. They get to some issues quicker than others, due to the history of the building and resources.
Located near Grocery store, several small thriving businesses in walking distances.
The court yard lights up every spring with the cherry blossom trees blooming.
This is a good place for a low price.
