Be ready for roaches and be ready to advocate for yourself if you move here.
I moved here in September 2024. Until December, I dealt with a terrible German cockroach infestation. I constantly asked for pest control and was reassured they were coming to my unit by the front office, but the infestation just got worse.
After calling and practically sobbing on the phone with the front desk they finally realized THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE A WORKING KEY TO MY UNIT. I had to make them a copy; after... over 2 months of being made to feel like I was crazy for insisting no one was treating my unit.
On top of that, they have some of the cheapest equipment I’ve had the displeasure of using in an apartment. Their dryers take 3-4 spins to dry (yes, I asked for a replacement. Yes, I clean the lint trap.)
All in all - don’t move here. There’s roaches and they don’t care about your experience. I’m grateful I’m out of there; several hundred dollars spent personally in pest control devices and sprays later. Oh, and don’t worry - they’re still charging hundreds of dollars for damages and cleaning fee!

Great Staff and Great Community
I've lived here for a year and I haven't had one problem with the staff or the grounds since I began my lease. Maintenance is timely and very friendly, the grounds are well kept, and he Leasing staff is always helpful and on top of their stuff. For the price and location of this community I couldn't recommend it more. I'm only moving out for personal reasons and would have continued to live here had I needed to. 10/10

East Chase Management
For a while I thought East Chase was going downhill. But we have a new property manager and she is great! The updates to the property is very noticeable. We have been waiting for some good people in the office and they are there! The leasing agents are very helpful and waste no time making sure our problems are fixed. The maintenance team has been here for a very long time and work well with work orders. East Chase is on the come up.
