Wonderful Experience I lived at the Edge on 4th for approximately a year. My job involves my moving fairly often, but this property is a place I would have loved to spend more time at. It is within walking distance of the clubs, restaurants, the many events on 4th Street, and the riverfront park. The building is kept clean and offers more amenities than I can list here.
The staff is incredibly responsive and friendly. They processed my application and placed me in an apartment in roughly two... days. Entry to the community is gated with on-call security. My stay was exceptional from day one, not just because of the property and its amenities but also because of the amazing office staff who made it feel like home.

Maintenance The maintenance team here is phenomenal. They are timely when answering maintenance requests and do them with a smile. I have yet to have a bad experience with any member of the team.

Excellent response from management. I have yet to request a maintenance issue that wasn’t fixed the same day, sometimes within the hour. Our management and maintenance team are excellent.
