I want to start out and say i love the community and the office workers. They do an amazing job. However, when moving in we notice an extreme amount of fixes that needed to be made. Water leaks from the past. Animals from last owner tore up a lot and not fixed. The cabinetry is so old the screws are rusted and when I pulled on a cabinet it broke, the screws stripped. For a expensive apartment I expected it to be in way better condition.

I attempted to rent a 2 bedroom here that was available online 6-24 as I move from Texas. The female manager seemed nice enough on the phone, but actually Iied to me and rented a 2 bedroom behind my back. She claimed it was suddenly unavailable and then tried to push me into a 1 bedroom FLAT that was NOT listed online; only a 1 bedroom LOFT. Crickets when I asked her to send the floor plan. I even created an online account so I could lease it. Imagine my surprise when a 2 bedroom suddenly… becomes available online 6-29, and I call left vm, send online inquiry and TRY to login into my account, only to find my email was deactivated. Crickets. No phone call back, no response to inquiry asking to lease the now available 2 bedroom. The property manager clearly do not want to lease to great credit and income, nice responsible quiet college professors unless its a unit SHE wants you to have. 1 star given for great location of the property. 1 star given for the great units. Absolutely terrible. Very poorly managed, apartments are out. The entire structure of the apartments need to be taken down and repaired. The company itself flex morality and transparency along with Integrity.

My GF moved in around fall. Everything in the apartment seems jerry rigged. Constant plumbing issues such as flooding and water backups. Right next to the train tracks which is most definitely going to ruin your sleep daily. There is nothing good about these apartments.
