Each apartment has an... open floor concept that features fully equipped kitchens and washer and dryer hookups. Residents have access to amenities including a Library, Fitness Center, and Community Room featuring a kitchen and fireplace. Hurstbourne Senior Apartments is conveniently located minutes from shopping and dining destinations.

Residents will only pay for electric in their unit. Hot water, cooking, heat, and air are all electric. Owner will pay trash, water and sewage.
No pets are permitted on the property; however, we do accept service and assistance animals with required documentation.
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the building. You can go outside to smoke as long as you aren't right outside any entrances.
Lease duration will be 1 year, and a full 30-day notice will be required if you are not planning to renew.
1 bedroom rent is 880- and 2-bedroom rent is 1055.
This is a tax credit property, so it is income restricted. This means we are looking for applicants within a specific income range to live here. We do accept Housing Choice Vouchers.
Management office and a maintenance technician are onsite and 24-hour emergency maintenance is available.
