Yaya has been the best in the front office. There’s one new guy who’s great for maintenance. Roberto sucks. He’s a joke. He’s disrespectful, rude, and disgusting. He’s completely unprofessional and thinks because you’re a woman you know nothing.

I recently moved out but really liked living here! The townhouse I had was spacious and much larger than I expected. The area is great and close to everything.

We've experienced maintenance issues and had to call multiple times to get issues resolved. Management turnover is high and upper management is not good. They do not care about their residents or the cleanliness/safety/appearance of the property. There is trash everywhere, crime is getting much worse with break ins happening often. They will not return your calls or emails until you are extremely persistent with it. I've been told by friends that upon leaving they will apply false charges to... attempt to collect as much money as they can, so now we're afraid of that.
