Jamestown at St. Matthews Apartments

Yaya has been the best in the front office. There’s one new guy who’s great for maintenance. Roberto sucks. He’s a joke. He’s disrespectful, rude, and disgusting. He’s completely unprofessional and thinks because you’re a woman you know nothing.

I recently moved out but really liked living here! The townhouse I had was spacious and much larger than I expected. The area is great and close to everything.

We've experienced maintenance issues and had to call multiple times to get issues resolved. Management turnover is high and upper management is not good. They do not care about their residents or the cleanliness/safety/appearance of the property. There is trash everywhere, crime is getting much worse with break ins happening often. They will not return your calls or emails until you are extremely persistent with it. This apartment complex is very poorly run. They are extremely slow at responding to maintenance orders and the front desk workers are very rude when you have to call about anything. At the moment, we have a broken dishwasher, clogged sink, and have infestation of both rats and flies. Other issues we've had in the 10 months being here include: ruptured flooring, hole in the patio fence, broken dryer pieces, broken A/C unit, and no cold water.
