Have been living at Mallard for the past 4 years now, everyone has been helpful and maintenance issues have been fixed the next day and if not able to fix at that time, will let me know and will return to fix issue. Everyone has been professional in the office.

feels like a home. kind, professional staff who are good, caring people who are patient with me & my disabilities. grooming of grounds could be better. but for the greatest part of my experience I have been very satisfied. and I'm normally hard to please.
