I have truly enjoyed my apartment and have only had trouble with my dryer. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to live and relax.

I have lived here for a number of years and I like living here. The upkeep of the property is excellent. I also feel safe here!
The people in Management are very friendly and helpful. They keep us notefied of of the different events they put on for the residents. Thank You!!!

I’ve been living with Mallard Crossing for over 2 years now and I’ve never once questioned my decision to live here. The amenities are great, the floor plans make sense, and the complex team are quick to answer any issue. I would 100% renew my lease here again.

Mallard Crossing at St. Matthews is a beautiful place to call home and I enjoy that the amenities can be accessed when I have time, yet are safe. My apartment is on a corner and it is so peaceful and quiet with the sound of the creek running. I have really enjoyed living in my space.
