After moving from my last place, i did not know what to expect.
I have been pleasantly surprised by all staff here. They are nice, helpful and will do what is needed to get things done.
If this is how all staff is, this is a company i would work for.

Middletown Landing has potential, but right now it's struggling. The A/C breaks down often, maintenance is inconsistent, and apartments aren’t always move-in ready. Rule enforcement is lacking there are issues with pet waste, parking, and long-term guests. If management stepped up with better upkeep, accountability, and communication, this place could really improve.

I absolutely love living at Middletown Landing! The community is vibrant and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and helpful staff. The amenities are well-maintained, and the location is convenient for both work and leisure. I truly appreciate the prompt and professional maintenance team, which ensures any issues are resolved quickly.
