Wouldn’t recommend unless need cheap rent
No on site management, apartment is under construction and the apartment across the street so the whole parking lot is taking up by crew workers and it is loud, the parking lot floods, walls are thin so you hear everything, also you are by the train tracks so that is loud too, windows are not sealed well so my place stayed cold in the winter, no gym, no pool, no major amenities
