I've been living at Park At Hurstbourne for about six months now. The best thing is how quiet it is. I work nights and need to sleep during the day, and I've never had an issue with noise. The grounds are well kept and the complex feels safe. Maintenance came out once for a leaky faucet and had it fixed same day. The renovated unit is nice, with newer appliances and a good layout. The rent is reasonable compared to other places in Fern Creek. It's a pretty stress-free place to live.

I first moved in and it was good with a little issue with maintenance response and staff issues that began shortly after , but they have hired new management and it’s perfect, literally everything is perfect. Two years working security and bouncing between places gets old, but this spot's been solid for me. I can actually relax and the neighborhood is safe. rent is still fair for what you get.
