Patriot Derby (FKA Vesta Derby Oaks)

Bug problem that has yet to be fixed, Walls are so thin you can hear the conversation your neighbor is having on the phone with your TV ON FULL SOUND. Hallways stink the building was poorly done. The floors you can literally pick the tile off and it’s concrete close under. I have two months left and i CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE i hated my time here. Everyone in the office claims to be so helpful they don’t help with anything unless you constantly call and they barely answer so good luck!

My apartment is clean. Everything is new. The thing I love most are the people who works in the office. Candice was so kind and helpful and Sonia was very knowledgeable and attentive. They made me feel like family not just another tenant moving in.

How do you completely renovated an apartment to still have bug problems? Was promised a new apartment but got a used one. Previous owner really didn’t care about the apartment. Poorly painted walls it’s clear they painted over wax spills. Staff is nice but doesn’t respond to emails or phones calls have always had to come in person to get an answer to anything. I’m only a month in and wanna break my lease already. Please for the love of God don’t move here. Neighborhood is horrible, woman was... murdered here a year ago, shootings, car theft, very suspicious people. You can find a better place for what your paying a month. Read More
