Courteous Staff

I’m a new tenant, everything seems great right now. I love the spacious floor plan. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The staff, especially Brooklyn is awesome. She is extremely nice, patient, attentive when assisting me getting moved in here. Brooklyn made the whole process of moving in a great experience. I recommend working with her if you’re a future resident. The overall experience has been great so far.

Breckenridge Square.

Rent high! In the apartment everything works then shuts down whenever. Maintenance comes and fix things just for it to break again. Seen maintenance disturbing my home peace more than 4 times since moving in just months ago. No good assistance from office. Nobody cares, everything is about money.

decent apartments

ive been here for a year. In that year management has changed twice, we had a roach infestation due to neighbors, and neighbors who smoke so much that my apartment smells like cigarettes at all hours of the day. Im unsure how the new management will be but if you can afford to gi somewhere else because the people here are odd.

Stay away building leaking office doesn’t care

My entire floor of the building has been leaking for two weeks now. Nobody has done anything. They had people paint the hallways instead of fixing. They have one maintenance guy he’s great but they won’t get him help to fix a literal pipe explode under the floor board you call the office and you get connected to another state. This is an apartment building why do I have a costumer service line. Would break my lease today if aloud
