To start, the management team here is the most friendly and honestly caring I have ever had the honor of meeting. The property has regularly scheduled maintenance crews come through for grounds keeping. The staff inform us of any upcoming unscheduled maintenance. If there is ever an issue in the apartment the onsite maintenance manager is on the spot and timely. One way in and out so we don't have any through traffic. I am a true fan of this facilities set up and I have made it my home.

I’ve been here almost 3 years now & I definitely love it here! I love how everything is one level, it’s pretty awesome how easy you can get to the highlands, st Matthews or fern creek because of the location of the apartment complex. The landlord Angela is beyond dependable and understanding. Anytime something has come up I mention it to her and she gets it done! I’ve never had a landlord go above and beyond like she has! The maintenance man is one call away if you need him and I love that… because I know I won’t have a long wait to get something fixed or done. These apartments were extremely nice and spacious, the vaulted ceiling really opens the room up. No neighbors above or below seriously brings down the noise factor. Never disturbed by sounds once! Never had a single maintenance issue or conflict with any neighbors. The property manager Angela is very professional and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know and care about. 3 thumbs up!

Roanoke is a wonderful property with kind and caring staff. All of there apartments are one story with spacious rooms and extra storage. Love living here!
