The Brexx at Louisville

i throughly enjoy living at the retreat. the neighborhood is safe, convenient, and has a lot of useful amenities that i use often. I highly recommend living here.

Honestly I was looking for something more home like and I found it here at The Retreat! My room is very spacious and the walk in closet it HUGE! I also love that it comes furnished, one less thing to worry about as a college student.

The house was spotless and neat my roommates are the sweetest. 2 of my roommates have dogs and are so cute and well-behaved. My room was clean and ready for organizing. It is very spacious even tho it would be considered one of the smallest. I honestly think it is big enough I have a lot of stuff and everything fits perfectly. the room has good natural lighting and everything works great.

We just moved into a new house from our old one. We paid $300 for a transfer fee hoping when we arrived everything would be ready for us. When we moved in to our new house trash was left all over the balcony, white dust all over the floor, lights broken, shelves broken, door handles wobbly, the ac unit falling off the wall, fan strings ripped off, and tables broken. This was very frustrating to move into considering we had to pay in order to switch houses when we were notified we could not renew... our old lease. We had our outdoor furniture stored outside as well and this was taken as well by the Retreat. We had no response to our other message about this either. Haven’t moved in yet, but the leasing office has been helpful every time I call! Looking forward to moving in and enjoying all the amenities.
