Lives there few years back

Lived here with my brother till his passing the office folks was always so nice friendly everyone was quiet and friendly only had 1 problem but had nothing to do with them theft of converter but loved it there

Don't do it

Honestly, I would not refer this property to my worst enemy. This is single handedly the worst property I've ever resided. Everything is outdated. The entire property is poorly built. You have to use window unit air conditioners, In addition to the so called central air. The floors squeak horribly. With every step I take, I'm sure my neighbors cringe. The walls are paper thin. You can hear all of your neighbors conversations without even trying. They continue to raise the rent a significant… amount. But yet we don't have access to all of the amenities. The swimming pool is never open. With the same lame excuse of not having a life guard. They never trim the bushes. So your car will definitely get scratches. The dumpster areas are always filthy. Which attracts possum, and other scavengers. I had to roach bomb my apartment before I moved in. As I found several live roaches, and eggs. The maintenance crew never tends to anything in a timely fashion. And the property managers are even worse. The water pressure is horrible. I believe it's safe to say, Country Acres is definitely a horrible place to live. Remove this place from your list of choices.

Great place to call home

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable and affordable apartment in Louisville, Country Acres is a great find. While these apartments are older, they are very well maintained and the staff quickly respond to requests. There are several features that I really love: the red brick wall in my kitchen and bedroom, and every apartment has a washer and dryer included! And on top of that, my apartment has a beautiful courtyard with gorgeous trees right outside my front windows and it makes me… feel like I'm in the country. The large windows fill my apartment with sunshine. Great place to live.

excellent

Clean well kept,from the grounds to the pool.Good place for young,elderly.families'.Staff become like family before and after move in..Always smile take time to converse with even if busy.Even shared food with at hard time.Just a wonderful place to call home
