An excellent place to call home!
The Flats at Springhurst is beautiful inside and out. Staff are very accommodating, the maintenance guys are the best! They mostly come the same day whenever we put in any request for maintenance which I very much appreciate! :) Our spacious 1br unit has an open layout that I sooo luv and Location is amazing, 5min away from Costco, walking distance to Kroger and other stores, not to mention the nice high end mall just across the street! I would definitely recommend!

This apartment is a joke
One of my colleague referred me to this apartment, and he’s been waiting for the 500 bucks referral bonus to be released for 7 month. Nobody knows what’s going on from the leasing office. The noise from upstair ruining my bed time every single day. Must be the worst experience in my whole life.

Regarding the referral bonus, we understand how frustrating delays can be. Referral payments are processed according to... specific program terms and qualification timelines, and we would like the opportunity to review this matter directly to determine the status and ensure everything has been handled correctly. We also sincerely apologize for the noise concerns you have described. Comfortable living is extremely important, and excessive noise can certainly impact quality of life. While some level of sound transfer can occur in apartment living, we encourage residents to notify management so we can address disturbances in accordance with community policies.

AMAZING!
I can't express how truly amazing it is to live at Flats! Management here and everyone on staff are honestly amazing humans. They care about the needs and concerns of the tenants! They go above and beyond! The dog park needed some repairs and they opened up a temporary one to keep from being an inconvenience to the dog owners. Amenities are awesome and the apartments are spacious and beautifully designed! Zero complaints! Don't think twice, make flats your home! Walking distance from kroger and... restaurants, great all around!

Great Experience
Kathy took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt that I would be living in a community that values their residents. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you visit The Flats at Springhurst.
