Overall pleased with the location with my experience at the Legends. The location is perfect and the scenery is beautify. I think a great addition would be a dog washing station, otherwise, 0 complaints.

Trash pick up is missed quite a bit and no discount given. Company doesn’t do anything about it. Our building seems to have trash in breezeway and around building. Several neighbors in our building are not considerate of their neighbors. Dogs and children get on our patio. Very outdated appliances that do not work properly.

Community and amenities are kept in great condition. Close to several shopping areas and restaurants. Quick access to Downtown Louisville. Looking forward to resident activities.
