Old appliances, thin walls, run down apartments for a premium price. Paying for location since it's near everything but being close to an interstate is a negative.

Location is everything! Close enough to enjoy all the area festivities, but tucked away in a quite area! Love going out and enjoying the hustle and bustle close by but able to come home to a quite and peaceful place!

Staff have all been wonderful in helping me with any maintenance issues and resolving a problem I had, whilst being so understanding and reasonable. I really appreciate the staff at Indian Legends assisting me with professionalism and kindness, as well as being very proficient in maintenance, when a problem in my apartment has occured.
