Amazing Staff!!

This is a beautiful brand new complex. The finishes give a luxury feel, and the floor plan is very spacious. The staff has been awesome from application on! Imani and Chase have been responsive and kind any time issues arise or when I have questions! I would recommend The Rickhouse Collective to anyone!!

Beautiful apartments!

We toured The Rickhouse Collective and absolutely fell in love with the designs choices and amenities offered! Chase was very professional and kind when giving our tour and helping us sign our lease! Highly recommend these apartments for a clean, sleek look in such a great area and an even better price!

Absolutely stunning!

The staff are so pleasant to work with!! Chase was so kind and thoughtful while we were making our decision to sign our lease. He kept in touch and was very easy to get in touch with! The layout of our apartment is what sold us! Both roommates get equal space, and the island counter space is triple the space we had previously! Would recommend these apartments to friends and family!
