I love those apts, they were clean, never had any problems, lived there 2 years. Always there when I needed them with repair problems.

Bed bugs/ dust mites and other bugs ALERT

They aren’t clean or well kept. Moved in and within the first month we had bed bugs...all my furniture was new and out of the box also our first apartment. Reported it to manager and o course they claim it was the company we got our furniture from. Shortly after we had dust mites...claim to spray for pest every other month but still had major bug problems! Had to seal our windows shut to keep spiders and other bugs out the apartment, still didn’t help! WARNING you get what you pay for!

neat and well kept, near city but is really quiet, large 800 square ft one bed room apartments, clean hallways and well lighted parking,lower rent than you would think. I have been here 5 yrs and love it.
