Trifecta is not the place you want to move in if you want your maintenance requests to be seen and done , they will take their time. Took me 3/4 months IN THE SUMMER for my air to get fixed. I have animals so we all had to sit in the hallways a few times just for air. The front desk doesn’t do much , they’re not very helpful. Also, they want full rent but don’t come to fix anything when they should. It’s trashy, trash doesn’t get picked up as it should and it’s definitely not as clean as the... office part of the building looks. Nets fly around and I hate that. I don’t have roaches inside of my apartment but by the outside doors and beginning of hallways you might find some . They just need to do better and clean up more, actually act like they care about their residents. I plan to move soons my lease is up and I literally can’t wait. It’s only been 4 months and this is how I feel about the apartment already…. I had to get maintenance to fix whatever we needed fixed while he was there to fix the air just so I wouldn’t have to wait even longer for the other things to get fixed

Move here!

This is for the property manager Hannah - she’s so great at just listening to our concerns and helping us through things. Trifecta doesn’t have all the new stuff but I definitely feel much safer here and that my apartment will be taken care of. We moved from the Marshall and Trifecta is much cleaner and the staff is way nicer. My emails are responded to within 1-2 days rather than having to wait weeks for answers. There’s another girl in the front office that’s super sweet to talk to and takes... the time to sit down and help us with our portal or putting in a request. Hannah is really great at Trifecta, If you have any questions or concerns go see her because she actually cares about residents. Definitely recommend!

CLEAN

I read past reviews before touring here and was very pleased to see that these hallways and grounds were much cleaner than the apartments across the street and in the area. The price is so much more student friendly for me going to school and I look forward to being here next Fall!

Nice place to live for single people and also very convenient location and close to expressway.. Only downside is the younger outside pool area parties, long as the rules are force the future should be positive…
