Mold everywhere

My living room leaks from the baseboard and almost destroyed my computer. The ceiling is rotting and literally falling apart. And I have mold that continuously grows on the vents. There are plenty of other apartments to choose from, pick one of them.

Don’t live here

I have currently been living in this property for two years and I do not recommend anyone to move here. The office team is not professional at all. Since I moved they promised to fix the fence of my patio and they never did, I had to buy the products myself at Home Depot and fix it. Terrible service the maintenance of the community and the apartments.

Budget Apartment

No reason to pay for the amenities, the pool is always closed (past 3 summers), the gym equipment is always broken, cheap repairs, and roaches
