Do not move here!

Renovated apartments are cheaply redone. You can expect problems. Promises from management are not fulfilled. Maintenance isn’t allowed to spend money to replace anything. They don’t care about your property. My patio furniture was damaged by maintenance and they refused clean it. Find a better place to live!

My wife and I have lived here for numerous years. New management has upgraded the property and we are looking forward to moving into our renovated apartment. The leasing agent is very helpful, friendly, and personable. My wife and i appreciate the kindness and consideration we have received!!

Roaches and new management

This place is infested with roaches. No matter how clean you keep your place they are crawling out of the walls. New management took over April 1st. Began harassing tenants and their children trying to force people out that had been here long. Then to see how much they are advertising units for you understand why they harassed and forced out current tenants. Pool has not been open since 2018.

Roaches. Don't live here

Apartments are crawling with roaches. I wake up to them in my bed. They crawl out of my coffee pot. Every room of the house.

They will send pest control but it is not effective.

They will NOT work with you on getting out of the lease.

You will regret signing a lease with this place.
