we lived here for a year it was the worst place to live we went almost the whole lease without a washer and dryer after being told that they were going to fix it and the fact that they are still trying to collect debt after 6 months that was taken to court and settled at 0 I WOULD TURN AROUND AND RUN FROM THIS PALCE

Abandon all hope, ye who enter.
Woodbridge was a nice place to live until the (highly incompetent) management began adding charges (about $80 per month) to my bill for services not specified or provided for in our legally binding rental agreement.

Best choice for Louisville
We had an amazing experience at Woodbridge of Louisville. We lived in a 3-bedroom townhome. I cant think of one negative thing about living here, and we love it. The property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was a highlight of living here, they ALWAYS took care of us right away, for whatever we needed! And the maintenance is the most friendly, efficient, and polite people I have ever met. They ALWAYS come the same day to fix any problem, and we never have any worries! And now... the apartments are being upgraded, so it will be even better. The location is great, close to everything, and the price is perfect, for such a nice place. I would highly recommend Woodbridge, and I am sure you will find it to be a great place to live! Thank you Woodbridge staff!
