No te dejes engañar

Madre soltera atrapada aquí. No confíes en la oficina, te enseñan un lugar nuevo y bonito. Después de recibir el dinero y el depósito, el apartamento que te alquilan es viejo y deteriorado. Hace frío en invierno y calor en verano. La factura de la calefacción y la electricidad es muy alta. El alquiler está subiendo y las condiciones empeoran. Estoy harta de los insectos y de que los niños no puedan dormir por la música alta y la gente despierta toda la noche. La oficina no ayuda.

Me encanta mi alquiler barato por subarrendamiento. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento. Ocupo todos los lugares de estacionamiento de mis vecinos y a nadie le importa. Mis dos pitbulls grandes disfrutan del pequeño apartamento y ladran a la gente. Debido a la falta de supervisión de la administración, conduzco mi auto ruidoso y rápido a toda hora de la noche. Disfruto despertar a la gente con mi Mustang negro ruidoso con placas de Louisville. Trabajo en mi terraza para poder salir hasta tarde,… beber cerveza y poner música a todo volumen. Las cucarachas no me molestan.

Management

Sometimes you have to do your own research. I just call the leasing office and not only the they pick up but the sweetest lady answered the phone. There will always be disgruntled tenants. Maybe this is the place for me. Going to put my application in today.

No tiene nada que sirva

Los apartamentos tienen cucarachas, aunque se mantengan limpios. El sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado central no llega a todo el apartamento, los conductos nunca le dan mantenimiento. Le dan las llaves de los apartamentos a los de pest control sin supervisión de nadie de la oficina. Los trabajadores de la oficina tienen mal trato hacia los clientes. Un desastre no te rentes aquí!!

Rude office when I called

I tried calling to schedule a showing to see if I wanted to lease this apartment and the lady over the phone was very rude. She told me that I would have to pay the application fee in order to even see the potential apartment. Very disappointed as I was hoping to get good results out of this place.
