Management is only on property 3 days a month if your lucky. No maintenance man at the property in quite some time before and when I left. You can not even get the basics like filter changes. Maintenance only responds for extreme emergencies (for example: a water leak etc.) I knew several tenants that had appliance and HVAC problems as well. Raccoons have lived in the roof crawl areas for over 1 1/2yrs. Grass gets cut but that's it, flower beds get severely overgrown with weeds, no curb appeal.... Pot holes in parking lot. During winter sidewalks not safely maintained. New ownership had taken over for several months before I left, however, no changes really took place, the same issues applied. Glad I am gone for sure. Would not recommend property to anyone. Would have given the property and my experience there the last couple years 0 stars if I could. Also I would have moved about a year and half earlier if my child would not have been completing his last year of high school.
