No manager since it's been open two managers has left in 6 months
Lots of smoking in the hallways outside in from of the main lobby tenants gathering and smoking. Loud noises all day and especially at night. Lots of dogs and some dogs have urinated on the elevator floor and was never cleaned. Been here now 7 weeks no manager no maintenance. No cleaning in the building. Lobby area an elevator and floors very nasty. Cigarette butts and ashes all over the front entrance lobby area. Children being allowed to stay here and run in the hallway and stairs and slamming... doors. Visitors coming and going all through the night. Was a beautiful place 6 months ago when I visited so very disappointed what it looks like now and how tenants are allowed to trash the place. Will eventually be like a project rental property. So sad such waste of money to build a place and be allowed to trash the place in such a few months after it opened. Tenants are at fault for not know the lease clause.
