Rather live in a dumpster

Landlord is dishonest and only wants your money. Place is filled with black mold and always smells like weed. You get charged extra when moving out and don't get your deposit back as well. Don't do it!

Trash

Landlord is very rude. My apartment was broken into and nothing was done about it. I felt unsafe to live there so I moved out and I got charged for over $1000 in damages. I never damaged the apartment. The only damages there were was from when the people broke in and the tenant above us her bathtub drain leaked into our bathtub. It was “fixed” by four different maintenance guys.

Don't do it.

They want you to pay $2000 if you leave early. Then they want you to also get it professionally cleaned on top of that. Seriously just take my deposit let me go and call it done. Then when I moved in they had mold in the tub I didnt see until a few days later. They didn't care about the carpet being torn before we moved in. They are horrible people. They also don't allow your kids to play outside ride bikes or bounce balls outside. What kind of not kid friendly place is this. Over it don't move... here.

wonderful place

Love this place. Very friendly, quite, spacious. Vicky was very helpful getting everything ready. Never had so much help. Vicky was great help with getting ready to move in.
