I've been living at the Lyric for over 6 months. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I can't express enough appreciation for the maintenance staff. The few requests I've submitted have been responded to promptly. Some have complained about the noise, but that has not been my experience. Occasionally I can here footsteps, dogs, but overall it has been very quiet. I wfh so this is especially appreciated!

Liked it at first. It LOOKS nice, but once you get in, you are hearing FIRE alarms and they are LOUD at inappropriate times/elevators not in service/ and don’t even get me started on the 6 week “Renovation” of the parking structure. They inconvenience residents and you will get NO empathy from the front desk staff. Coffee machine never works. And you have the same residents loitering in lobby all the time. We can’t wait for our house to be finished to leave this place. All of the positive... reviews do NOT reflect what some residents think. I meet them all the time and we complain on the elevator WHEN it works.

We've been residents here for over 2 years, and like living here very much. The staff are excellent, and so are most of the residents. We are planning to move soon. :)

Staff always friendly and helpful. Appreciate beautiful lobby area. Coffee machine a bonus. Residents friendly. Appreciate the greenery & peace in the zen garden. Great location.
