High end Apartment Living

I have lived here going on three years and have always been happy with my living experience here. The staff here is friendly, accommodating and informative whenever I need assistance. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone I know.

Co signer

Paid the $50 application fee, I made 3x the rent but because of not having a credit score I was told I needed a co signer. I got a co signer and my co signer was $10 off of making 3x the rent and so I was denied. denied bc my co-signer was $10 short of 3x the rent. when I am going to be the person paying the rent. But even then if my consigner had to be responsible $10 isn’t stopping anyone from paying the rent! if I had a 800-900 credit score i’d be getting a house not an apartment . Everyone… needs somewhere to start. this is ridiculous don’t waste your time or money.
