Located a short walk or bike ride away from the College campus as well as a very short walk down on the River Flood wall where folks can bike or walk/ run as well as easy access on and off the river if kayaking is something you fancy.

We will provide a 12 month lease for each apartment. All utilities are tenants responsibility and sanitation is provided to the rear of the building in a public alley provided by the city sanitation and included in the city water bill which also is the tenant's responsibility. We also have wifi hardwired into the apartment so tenant can inquire with Spectrum cable to have that set up for themselves as well.
