Let’s see where I can start.
1.Roach infested and don’t try and do nothing about it
2.left trash by my door to mop my floors going out and fined me $50
3. There gutter flew off there complex and dented my car and scratched it. Did nothing about it.
4. Tried sending us letter saying we owed rent called and asked about it then all of a sudden we were okay we didn’t owe.
5. Call to fix something in your apartment it takes about 2 months to come fix. But yet you see them every day joy riding on the… little golf cart.
Long story short its management/maintenance not the community!

They show on website master walk in closet. Also double sinks in master bath. But the one they saved for us was for handicap. Two tiny closets in the master bath. Both bathroom doors open against the sink so you couldn’t brush your teeth without shutting the doors. We signed the lease. Got to the apartment and keys wouldn’t unlock it. We knew that was a sign and we backed out. Don’t rent here until you see what you are getting. And it was still nasty and dirty.

When you look at the pictures online, you think small town luxurious right? They give you a tour of one of the amenities furnished and of course it’s nice because nobody lives there and they have no choice but to keep it up. Yea, well that’s not the case. If somebody was living in the apartment before you move in, they will leave it crappy pretty much like the person before left it. If something breaks or never was working from the day you move in , it’s never gonna get fixed unless you… constantly complain to them and even then, it still won’t get fixed. They have a very bad pest problem. The neighbors are really inconsiderate for people who live below them and when you go to make a complaint, they don’t care at all. Should have known better from the start, when I was told I was getting a 2 bedroom on the second floor, they were just waiting on new carpet to be put in, and a month later given a bottom floor apartment with old carpet and a hole in the master bedroom carpet. Then every time something breaks like the washer and dryer. it takes over a month for someone to just look at it and still have to wait to get it fixed. Everytime I call to see when someone is coming fix something I'm told, "I'm gonna put… in a work order", and no one ever shows up. I always pay my rent on time, why can't maintenance do their job in a timely fashion. WTH. I strongly WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Read More
