You'll love it here!
This place is awesome! You'll love it here. It is a home that fosters independence. For example, if you have a maintenance request, while living here, you learn to do it yourself. It's incredible during spring/summer seasons when you sit in your apartment without air conditioning for months. But, no worries, after about a month or two, you'll get a window unit and you can sleep in your living room! Isn't that exciting?!?! Look at it as, an in home sauna, it will help jump start your weight loss... for the summer months. Another example, your toliet may leak for so long before someone shows up, that you might have the opportunity to have the entire floor in your bathroom replaced. Because why solve a problem when it's small, wait until it gets big. The motto here: Go Big or Go Home...oh, wait, you are home...
Anyhoo...You get to face your fears here, so if you're afraid of extra large spiders, snakes, possums, armadillos, rats and mice, etc. you get to be on a At-Home version of Fear Factor Daily. You might live with mice in your apartment for MONTHS before it gets addressed, if it gets addressed at all. They'll tell you they'll send someone...you'll enjoy the week after week and the month after month wait. It's exhilarating! Think of it as...free pets with every apartment!!! Now, that's a bonus!!
The water smells like sulfur, so you get to hydrate healthier by buying bottled water for everyday life's needs. Sulfur is a vitamin or something, isn't it? So, well, there you go!

Awful management, overpriced, zero maintenance. I spent six months here without a working air conditioner. I called, wrote letters, and personally asked management to have this problem fixed and it never was. Thats one of many problems i faced.
