Bayou Oaks

Things have improved drastically since Anna got here in July of 2018. Something I had been waiting months to get fixed was fixed the first week she was here. She stays on top of things and makes sure the grounds stay clean as well. We have been through alot of managers in the past year but shis by far the best one we have had all the years I have lived here.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. They have big and little roaches everywhere. My carpet always is soaked from the pipes. Everything stay breaking. The only thing is nice is the location. And it's crime free. But the out doors look terrible. Tenants put old furniture outside. It has Walmart shopping carts outside. Tentants have broken up blinds and sheets to their windows. That's not a good look. Everyone should have white neat blinds. Trash is everywhere. I could go on and on. There were some issues in the past but things are gradually getting better. The new property manager is much better and really seems to care about the tenants.

I have been living here for a few months. It was an easy move in process. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance repairs things quickly. I came from another complex here in Alexandria and this place is much better. Laundry facility and pool located on the property. Ill be here for a while.
