This is a federal subsidised property that is located in the Lower Third community in Alexandria, LA. I would not recommend this place for living. The environment is in a violent area, and the new inspector is known for terrorizing the tenants as well as the apartment manager. The living arrangement is not as spacious as it appears on the pictures and the wall are thin. Be careful of the personnel saying that they updated the apartment before moving in. Take before and after pictures of everything or you will be accused of damaging the property.
