Washers are always broken and dryers never work. Facilities managers don’t care about anything but the lease payments. This place is a dump!

We are surrounded by cigarette smoke all day, next to us and above us. Manger acts like it not in her jurisdiction, so we're stuck here due to finance reasons with them raising the rent. Never can get good sleep because the people upstairs walk alot and the ceiling creaks and it sounds like they're dropping bowling balls. Also has a sign outside that says Walden point is doing some illegal business something like that. Oh and the other neighbors dogs won't stop barking and whining. No clean pool… , no playground. $1.50 to wash, $1.75 to dry at the wash here. People also have put dents in our car by doing a hit and run in the parking lot. Something breaks every month. I've been living here for a few years now and this apartment complex is very spacious but this is the worst place I've ever stayed in and I grew up in a bad neighborhood. Tried to move last year but somebody else got the apartment I wanted. I've seen some bad people that I know that's always hanging around here. I've seen weapons and drugs and I witness about 5 fights over here. They do background checks on everybody but these tenants are moving in some very bad people and you cannot do… background checks on people you don't know that are staying with these tenants. And please don't move here if you have kids. And I haven't even gotten started on all the problems inside of the actual apartment. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The rooms are spacious enough for even 2 people. The manager is very nice. The idea of there being a big field in the complex is a great add on to the apartments.
