Best Place in Downtown Baton Rouge
I would even venture to say one of the best places to live in ALL of Baton Rouge. I have lived here for close to 2 years and I don't think I could overstate how nice my stay has been. The staff is very professional and nice and the property is always well kept and clean. I have only had very minor maintenance requests and all have been handled within 24hrs as they have a maintenance team on-site. All the residents I've met have been very nice as well and my neighbors were very courteous (mostly... young professionals and young families).
All utilities are included except for electricity and since the units are new and efficient, the electricity bills are small.
The location is also nice, especially if you work downtown. I work downtown and it is a very short walk to work and to the bars afterwards! You can also walk 5ish blocks to the River Center to watch a show or go right outside to enjoy a nice walk down the levee.
The infinity pool is also a nice touch as you can hang out by the pool and enjoy an uninterrupted view of the sunset over the Mississippi River.
